upon check in our kids got free stuffed animals, they loved the pool, & especially loved the ice cream gelato cart

we did eventually question our ocean view & they found a room overlooking the pool, that also had a sea view, so we moved there & were much happier

we loved the beach/pool assistance, the food, the shampoo and conditioner

we ate several times in both the pool bar & restaurant
