the pool area could have been kept up a bit more, but overall experience was great

but the internet wasn't working this time, i did not receive a packet explaining how to reserve pool time and had to call the office multiple times to get the staff member on-site late at night

not being offered the pool key at check in.

will say that we normally love staying here though and we did finally make it to the pool where there were some very sweet ladies who were kind as can be to us during our visit

the sauna, steam room, pool, fruit infused water, the s’mores pie - we loved so much about our stay

a fridge in the room would have been nice. 10pm seems too early to close pool area.

also, there was no one using the pool facility pretty much every time we went to swim so it was nice to have it to ourselves

our unit had 2 balconies with view of mountains and pool/spa area that people were actually using in the freezing cold

we were disappointed that the pool was closed and the hot tub was small and being utilized the times we tried to go

resort fee is excessive ($--- on an $--- booking), and i didn't even use the pool, spa, etc etc
