it was n/a to us, but very handicap friendly, even poolside
they have an indoor pool and was totally shocked they had a hot tub with a handicapped chair lift

the pool area was draining good, so it wasn't slippery
my daughter wanted to swim, but the pool was closed due to renovations. not a big deal for us.
