the pool

i enjoyed the privacy and the pool and breakfast and the full kitchen

loved everything except the pool chemicals made our eyes burn and my daughter had a burn on her skin

the pool and the spa area were a little cold

wasn’t that we didn’t like it, just minor inconveniences, pool was out of towels everytime we went

loved everything it’s clean friendly staff very relaxing upscale bar indoor pool lots of things to do right in the hotel, i will be back

last 2 times i stayed at this location their is something wrong with the pool a month ago they said the air conditioner was out at the pool this time they said they shut

and it has pool inside that’s a plus

i definitely love the heated inside pool room - my main charlotte come to for relaxation

i liked the indoor pool and location

my sone and i were playing pool and a very drunk lady began to loudly use profanity

the pool table and community board games available in the lobby area were nice

clean and nice pool.

the pool was clean and the water temp matched what was needed with the temperatures outside

onsite amenities, pool, bar, pool.

we enjoyed outdoor pool

we also liked that there were so many seating options near the pool

wish the pool was indoors.

only downfall was the heated pool was out of order and the elevators was a little small and slow to respond

the pool was very small and full the whole time. smallest i have ever seen in our travels.

i wish that the pool and the fitness center was opened but, i understand that it was not due to

that the pool was broke was the only reason we wanted to stay there was for the indoor pool

the indoor pool and workout room are well maintained

the only draw back was the small pool. you feel crowded if more than one family is in there.

i prefer outdoor pools to indoor ones b/c the chlorine odor is overpowering

they have remolded so it’s very comfortable and clean the pool was amazing

air in hall ways. could have had more air flow. also the pool was closed.
