late night pool noise thru suite patio door

big room for the price. nice pool. really good breakfast.

pool was nice and the lounge provided a nice place to sit and play cards

was good except the pool was not working due to the heater being broken and we were told it was being sanitized instead

the pool was clean and not overly chlorinated

wish the pool hours were extended for adults

there were no towels in the pool area and the bathrooms within it were out of order.

the bathroo door in the pool area was swollen from the humidity, it was hard to close.

on a side note: we usually try to stay somewhere with a hot tub option at the pool, but i read that the hyatt hotels don't have them

even though families use it the indoor pool and hot tub, it is on a separate wing so you didn't hear kids yelling

pool was not up and running but they were having mechanical issues which i totally understand

a new hotel there were several damaged items in the rooms and around the facility especially the pool area which was dirty with pet urine & unclean
