the spa and swimming pool was excellent

we had a room facing the pool although we didn't get to use the pool on this occasion as we didn't have our costumes as it

didnt enjoy the pool so much as very crowded and the food isnt very nice unfortunately

will definitely come again and try out the spa and swimming pool

peak times when we arrived the pool and sauna etc was busy and was no space to sit but died down

pool tiles could do with a clean

no alcohol drinks allowed in spa pool only in spa garden

the garden spa was an extra cost of 25pp which i think was a little much for an outdoor pool

hotel caters for children with regards to outdoor activities and use of the pool but with regards to food i found this a little frustrating

first class swimming pool, spa, gym and the spa garden which had a hot pool

very happy, free access to pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi

relaxing atmosphere ,easy access, pool ,

it was so warm and welcoming staff amazing and the pool omg fab

breakfast was very nice, the beer was very good, my girlfriend loved the swimming pool and the room was spot on

very good pool/sauna/steam-room

negative was the swimming pool was out of action that day and my friend and i were looking forward to a swim

to town centre and durham cathedral i did not have breakfast the swimming pool was excellent car parking good safe and accessible friendly efficient and helpful

swimming pool was cooled water everything top notch steam room etc but perhaps heated water does have a

swimming pool facilities were rather busy but still able to enjoy
