outdoor pool and hot tub were dirty, only 3 pillows instead of 4, no option for constant fan on

door from pool was locked and we had to go thru the lobby in our swim suits

pool was amazing and a late night of swimming & hot tub soaking was just what we needed after a

great staff, room, swimming pool, breakfast, everything

other facilities like the restroom downstairs, exercise room and the pool were easy to find and accessible for the guests

elevator was inoperable on one side and the elevator floor was unclean from people entering from pool

think if you forgot your key you can get stuck inside the bbq area in between the pool and the door to go back

gym and pool were closed due to covid but understandable

the only thing i would say was it stated it had a heated pool and the pool was not heated.

was promised a room with a view of pool but got a room with view of parking lot.

heated pool & jacuzzi are always clean and each room having its own balcony is a definite perk
