very clean place, friendly staff, nice pool eria and beautiful garden.

pool area was large enough for many people at the height of the season

had to stand round waiting for pool to open, should open at 9 not 10.

we loved the pool area especially as it was included in the price

place , geothermal waters and the pool area, ourselves and the kids love this place

not use the swimming pool robe after check out at noon so had to leave the pool early as we had not taken out own towels

fantastic pool and spa complex for all year round visits

we got a free access to spa instead of a main inside pool, which was on maintenance..

the pool area is great and it wasn't overly crowded as off season

com no information was forthcoming that the circuit in the pool area was closed for 10 days

the draw are the thermal pools which have been used continuously since roman times

the thermal circuit was also fantastic with a very cool flotation pool as well as a lemon pool

pool/spa staff act as guardians rather than facilitators

half outside warm pool was fantastic, loved it with the kids.

whilst clean and comfortable the decoration in some areas was in need of updating ie the bar where we ate breakfast

lively hosts, beautiful house and swimming pool and view to the mountains

then, personally i didn't like having to have breakfast at a communal table with other guests

facilities are very good, and breakfast is awesome
