pool could be warmer

you wish for on a luxury holiday at the resort: beautiful outdoor pools, great spa facilities, wonderful restaurants and superb staff

beautifull view to the ocean and the pool

we experienced a couple of days of noisy people around the bottom communal club pool and bar

the suite we chose was a fantastic size with its own swim up pool and provided us with adequate privacy and peace

the zen pool bar was rarely open

far too high whether it was the play leaders around the pool or from the disco or karaoke on the first floor

had a lovely pool view from both my balcony’s

i did not get a chance to get to the pool

breakfast was great, pool area very nuice, evening entertainment was very good

facility, pool areas, restaurants, spa, activities organized by hotel (especially gastro workshops),concerts,

the staff were friendly, breakfast was great and the pool areas were very clean and tidy, i liked the split of relax zone and family zone although we

the hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained

the relax pool zone and health/spa facilities are excellent

therefore it was very difficult to find a couple of sun beds in the relax zone pool area immediately after breakfast as people had reserved them with towels but were not using

we also enjoyed the pool, the bar at the pool and entertainments

the pool area is lovely, loungers are managed well but the water was cold

the properties fault but at times affected by a fair few holidaymakers smoking around the pools even though an extremely child friendly resort

pictures don’t even do the justice, pool area looks amazing day and night and rooms are very spacious

every day i wake up at 7:30am because first day a was on pool at 9:30am and all bed was reserved

safe place for little ones, excellent kids club, playground and kids pool

my only grip was that the swim up pool was closed although there was lots of people there.
