excellent place apart of city an enjoy natural environment. have marvelous pool

amazing vibe - great music playing, awesome places to chill by the beach, really cool eating and pool areas - and super friendly/helpful staff

the pool could have been cleaner and we had a jacuzzi in our room and it was filthy

they upgraded our room from a tipi hut to a nice private suite with a private bathroom and pool.

even more beautiful than the pictures, amazing pool areas and really nice snorkeling a 5 min boat ride away

opened occupancy was low, but that was heavenly for us as we had our choice of beach chairs or pool side cabanas and the staff were incredibly attentive

rooftop pool was also really nice

not beachfront it’s a block away from the beach and the hotel provides towels for the beach and pool area, the staff was very attentive and always with a big smile, the hotel is new and in top

only small observation is that the pool didn’t look very clean to us, so we didn’t really enjoy it

the restaurant/pool service also is well-priced and makes great cartagena-style fried fish and tasty coconut rice

we had full access to the facilities including the beautiful pool and lounge beds

the beach club is open for lots of people so it ended up being more of a party mood on the pool than a relaxing experience
