love the room as well as the pool area. casino & sports book very accessible as well.

the hotel pool was not working

liked the customer service while i checked i like the pool and basically i loved my stay there at hard rock casino resort

also i enjoyed the great pool

wish the pool stayed open later but overall a great hotel

the heated pool and spa was fantastic

location , hotel grounds are immaculate and staff are great pool and spa are a great asset with lakefront and mountain

was close to 0 degrees celsius, my eldest child was able to enjoy swimming in the heated swimming pool

i would have loved if the hot tub was outside or the lights were dimmer in the pool

the indoor heated pool was a little chilly for me but the hot tub was great

the hotel is neat and clean with nice indoor pool that kids enjoyed

clean, fresh, great staff & location, good size room, pool side yoga & family movie night.

-the pool are it’s depressing, no music, no vibe -no daily room service, unless you stay 3 days plus

the pool and hottub were a real treat and we especially appreciated the heated pool with the snow

the staff is very helpful and friendly, heated pool was a plus with the fire pits around made it very relaxing

pool towels were always scarce when asked for so once obtained we kept them in the room

beds were comfortable. location good. pool looked well cared for.
