i had booked a pool facing room but got another room, which was a smelly smoking room!
pool was very refreshing after hot day
staff were lovely and couldn t do enough. the pool and patio area was a lovely place to chill
tiago in the bar was great. the maid was nice. the pool was a good added feature.

the only downside was that the pool was a little cold (i travelled in april). (+) pool area is gorgeous with great poolside service from the bar (-)from our rooms were not great but for us the pool area was so nice this didn t really bother us (+) plenty of food options in the area, close to the beach, or equally, the hotel has a relaxing pool area with plenty of seating, and option to order drinks and snacks from the poolside snack bar (+) the staff was super friendly, the room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, the pool area and the rooftop bar were absolutely lovely, and the breakfast was incredibly diverse and (+) they gave us a free room upgrade from the street view to the pool view which was (-)needed a pool bar (+) if the sunbeds near the pool are fully booked, you can take an umbrella at reception, and go to the beach across the (+) the pool and the pool area are divine (+) the pool was lovely, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained (+) the pool and sun beds were clean and of good quality
eating spots aren t very extensive and the room service / food menu in the restaurant did not feature many spanish dishes
pool could be heated a bit ;) the hotel could have a spa and a bit bigger gym;)

who were not attending were able to use any of the facilities including bar , restaurant and gym

maria round the pool area was so attentive, nothing was to much trouble for her
easy access to the beach, beautiful pool, plenty of restaurants around, and tram and bus one block away
we had so many possibilities to spend our time in the hotel
