we also enjoyed the pool area and several of the restaurants

the pool was a little bit dirty and there weren't enough seating options around it

the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (sarai), the guy in the pool area (marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included ximena; they are excellent

i also liked that the pool was heated
