chose this hotel partly because of the swimming pool and only used it once as it didn t seem very clean or well managed, which is surprising

pool was located on the third floor and poolside menu was more expensive than the restaurant (same (-)hotel pool caters too many groups and activitys that are not hotel guest. (-)reducing the pool for activities space was not a good idea!!! (+)looks impressive and i like the facilities inc gym, pool and tennis courts (-)the pool are looks too simple. (+) the pool was emptied one day during my stay but the next day it was fully operational (*) very good breakfast, outdoor pool and an oxxo in front of the hotel if you want to fill the minibar by your own (+) gym and pool facilities are great for business travelers (-) have the staff at the pool come around to ask if we want drinks instead of them just sitting behind the bar waiting for (+)pool, rooms, comfy beds, flat tv pretty good size. coffee cart in the lobby, pastries.

the rooftop bar (and swimming pool) is great (+) love the pool & bar and gym (+)hotel is wheelchair accessible, including swimming pool at the higher floors (there is special chair) (+)renovated, the rooms were really confortable, the breakfast excelent and the roof top with the pool gorgeous (+)love this pool and view of the city (+)to downtown - around 15-20mins walk excellent parking underground great gym facility and rooftop pool/ (+)yucatan, i had no problems whatsoever and my stay was very pleaseant, good brekfast and swimming pool (+)except the pool areas don t open up early so that customers can see the sun raise in morning (-)the pool don t open up early so that customers could go up to see the sun raise in morning (+) the staff so helpful, the room spacious and comfortable, best bed ever slept in, rooftop bar and pool fantastic (+) amazing rooftop pool and asian cuisine
