the pool was closed after i asked them a couple of days prior to coming to the hotel and they said it

the indoor pool was not heated. it was snowing outside and the indoor pool was freezing too

i wish the pool was heated more and i would have loved a hot tub to be there

and no pool to use

pool was chilly but clean with lots of towels

no laundry bag in room

full not queen/king cleanliness in common areas unacceptable laundry/stairways and

asked the staff for extra towels & was told both times that they did not have a key to access the laundry room - but we had seen other staff coming from them

maybe not smoke it in the laundry room at the beginning of the ground floor hallway

reasonable pet fee and room rates
