didn t like no hotel parking and during the conference we didn t have enough shuttles i had to walk a few times but luckily the wasn t too bad in july a surprise for dallas

location is a perfect location to walkable restaurant and bars and top of that has a restaurant and rooftop bar inside the hotel

i love the pool on the 4th floor, its amazing

room was large, the amenities - including the rooftop pool and bar- were fabulous and the front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly

lobby spaces, excellent restaurant and coffee shop, good fitness center and pool, convenient location to downtown shopping and restaurants

one and only complaint is that the pool is open to the public

happened to be a lot of people in the pool while we were there, and it wasn't as clean as i would have liked- but it was understandable

bought some drinks at the pool and unfortunately the drinks we got were not good

me personally, i spent the days working in dallas while my wife and son enjoyed the waterpark and pool

this place was huge and well decorated. the pool area was fantastic. free coffee was great

i had no time to explore the resort side of it or the pools but for the business meeting it was perfect

everything th hotel the room the pool. great experience my granddaughter can't wait to go back

was bummed pool wasn't open and didn't see a spa

dirty pool. couldn’t bother clean it so couldn’t really swim in it. disappointed.
