all cleaning, maintenance, ground, pool side staff absolutely lovely, always acknowledge and say hello

staff were extremely friendly - shoutout to the ladies at breakfast, the guys at the pool/evening bar, the entertainment team & the beautiful lady at the spa who did my treatment

most pools closed at 6 pm, with one adult pool staying open until 8 pm.

reserving sunbeds by the beach and pool but not coming to the beds until like midday

pool areas aren't enormous when the hotel is busy; the all-inclusive drinks didn't include water

service bar by the 2nd pool is fabulous

we enjoyed the pool, fitness classes, fantastic buffet with a phenomenal view, and unlimited drinks

my room was, in fact, a spacious studio apartment with a stove, full fridge and a kitchen sink with a full complement of cutlery

the swim up pool we had at our room was one of the highlights we enjoyed

when we had questions about the gym, their restaurants, and the pool, each person was friendly and helpful

& spa’, but our room was clean and comfortable, we got to chill and relax at a pretty empty pool area, and the food and drinks were great

do have to be willing to walk up and down steps unless you’re able to get a room closer to the pool

in addition, the pool here is something else, its set out over four levels with descending pools of different depths

was mango tree, it was so fab and so clean the a/c was excellent and having the little private pool was an extra touch

the hikes and pool area were wonderful

jungle surrounds you and everywhere there are chirping birds, blooming flowers, and the stunning pools and historic buildings of the resort

we spent our time on our cottage porch in the pool and sun for 3 glorious days
