however, staff welcome us to use the pool
hyatt met my needs, it was hot and needed to accommodate my grandchildren and the pool served its purpose 100%
nice pool and gym
i believe the pool was heated but it wasn't water was to cold to be in the pool.
staff told us we had to leave the pool at 11 pm because it was closed
