room service was difficult generally something wrong with the phone system apparently

only 2 elevators in breakfast time very busy

for a dinner approximately 70-80 minutes ( it was a big mess this time around there ) in lobby bar close to the swimming pool but it was only one time thats we it doesn't matter (-)the bar is a bit sad, could do with modernising (+) the bar garden is magical, the heated pool and beach club add real luxury, and even the scent and music (-)a bit more atmosphere at the pool lunch bar and more options on the food menu (+) staff at beach bar friendly and couldn't do enough for you (+) enjoyed the live music at la terrasee bar - the bar staff are very attentive and check you're okay (+)get to use as only here for a couple of days, but lounging by the pool with the lovely pool bar/cafe was a great break after visiting a couple of cities

i have previously stayed in the 2nd best room with the pool and this time it was a suite and i was surprised how immaculate and well appointed it was

nothing really. perhaps the water at the main pool should be free.
