lastly the spa is really nice, with a lot of different pools and treatments

spa could be really crowded in some moments, especially in the central hours of the afternoon and;

the hotel has an interesting hydro spa on the ground floor - and open to guests

offer you only 1 hour at the spa

and tranquillity coupled with the scenery was amazing, the children of 17 & 18 appreciated the spa baths which was an extra nice touch after long days of exploring the surrounding region

entering the hotel sometimes, certainly with kids, is very unpleasant due to the smoke

only complaint was the bar did not have any offerings such as peanuts or crisps while having our drink

spa was not available and we did not get any compensation for not being able to use these

hotel, welcoming staff, large comfortable rooms and large ensuite, bar and restaurant on

room service took a long time as it was coordinated somehow with the dinner time at the restaurant

spa was not included when in most hotels it is

to be fair, there was another man serving drinks at the bar who seemed to be on top of things

not much you could do but the pool and sky bar was a bit limited in size

skybar & pool a fabulous place to sit after a day of touring about

lovely jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and you get a massage, also a roof top pool with a bar which was the perfect place to see the fireworks for the festival

we loved the swimming pool

was fabulous- the decor was lovely, the pool, sauna and changing rooms were clean and kept well stocked with towels etc

the pool area and facilities are a little small but very clean and great sauna.

love this hotel, its swimming pool is amazing and the kids love the lifts top tip , the parking at the hotel is quite expensive
