would have loved to have a hot tub and bathrooms in pool area

- the gym and pool areas were very clean and not busy

the gym, was clean and fully equipped for covid and cleaning, good protocols for use of gym and pool

amazing service for breakfast, having the restaurant in the hotel is great, daughter loved the pool and the rooms are so comfortable

kids loved the pool, we were able to get a night swim and a morning swim because of the great hours

got to my room and people on top with kids running and jumping until 2am very bad experience will not be returning

always accommodate us with an early check in because we travel from 8/9 hrs away

would like to have a local paper available to read in the breakfast area

and i have to say that i am hoping other people choose this hotel the staff were amazing the breakfast was outstanding the room is big

however, a pool was indicated at no extra charge

if i was travelling with a family/kids the only thing the resort is missing is a pool not accessible through the spa

no pool or hot tub, unless you pay extra for spa services- which is not advertised as an extra cost

resort itself is beautiful and i ve visited the spa many times

we wanted to use the spa and it s closed in mondays.
