guests leave trash in the common and pool areas

i wish i had known the pool was closed. . . but that is understandable.

there was noise that i heard all night and don't know if it was from the pool pump or someone w/ their air conditioner on

the pool wasn’t open

the breakfast was great and the staff i talked to were very nice.

breakfast had plenty of choices to choose from

great service and very friendly staff clean rooms excellent breakfast the location

needed an emergency early check in during our time in susanville and the staff was very helpful with making that happen
