having easy use to a great swimming pool

we liked the sauna ,pool and jacuzzi. the staff were helpful and the food was great.

had everything i needed, gym, pool, sauna, steam room and bar of course.

pool, gym area was awesome clean, spacious, relaxing and welcoming

mix up/miss communication about late room service, came home from a 70th birthday and was told non hot food available 24hrs but on

bedrooms all en suite stayed at the lodge (3 bedroom private villa) lovely kitchen the living room was bit small but cozy hot tub breakfast basket in the room is an excellent (-) at 9:40am my partner went to near the kitchen and talked to one of the waitresses reminding her that we had asked for some white toast (-)slightly disappointing as my omelette was not cooked as i like it and there was a delay in the kitchen due to the number guests arriving to be fed at the same time (-)day, missing lunch, feeling quite exhausted) was told we can only serve you 8pm onwards as the kitchen is busy and we don't have space in the restaurant for you to eat there either (-) the chef nor the kitchen opens until 8am meaning we had a stressful breakfast

the following night we had room service, which was fab

breakfast was was ample with quality ingredients matched by fantastic staff and nothing was too

evening meal and breakfast good quality and presented well and hot

my own fault, we didn't bring our swimming suits to enjoy the swimming pool, so hopefully next time

pool couldve had an update but it was nice enough!

exceptional literally nothing was too much trouble and spent the morning enjoying the lovely pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna, felt like i was in a 5 star hotel overseas

festival the reception staff gave chocolate to him then we went and enjoyed the swimming pool facilities only to arrive back at our room to lovely helium balloon being delivered

free use of pool and car park - unlike some other big chains.

lovely executive room, great pool, really good food and all the staff were pleasant and helpful

bed comfy, pool lovely, staff friendly

pricacy in the pool area from the gym & was very bright, sauna was very small, had to pay extra for parking

we loved the swimming pool, sauna and gym

i was really, really fussy, i'd just say on the bar menu that maybe offer a burger or steak for meat lovers

breakfast was excellent, ingredients were well above average

the room was clean & spacious, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, even serving us cooked breakfast early

bed was so comfy, had a great evening meal and breakfast. having a swim in the pool was great.

what i liked the most is that we could use the pool with our little boy

like the spa bit of the hotel though the pool is a little bit cold for my liking

and because signal on my ozone wasn't great i was without internet at times and when ur wiv ur kids that like youtube avin no internet isn't the
