second card was not explaind well, and the ice was by the pool, and again no explanation on how to use the card to get it

no laundry no breakfast no pool. people should pay less seeing these amenities are unavailable

there was no breakfast because of covid and the pool was out of order

there were about a dozen kids on our floor and they were up at 6am slamming doors
