very patient with me by extending my access key to able to get my belongings from room to their laundry facility and also provided me cart that i really needed-excellent

went out several times, there was a baseball team celebrating and partying for several days, the laundry staff was rude, and only 1 of 3 ice machines was working

went to laundry service and was told i can get towels on a one for one basis if i bring my dirty ones

also, since the pool supposed to be closed, i really didn't understand why there were still people, maybe a family
