kitchen layout is very poor

didn't like that the livingroom, dining room and kitchen were so small and all shoved in one tiny room

location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, warm fireplace, washer and dryer, kitchen… everything

our kids loved sitting out on the balcony and watching all of the wildlife and surroundings

the negatives where very minimal compared to having a working full kitchen, mini washer/dryer, private balcony with a wonderful veiw and relaxing ambience, and a

rooms, free breakfast with homemade waffles, tv stations available, great beds with nice linens, free internet,

by the river. clean bathroom. bottled water in room. great breakfast.

to river, mike is awesome at managing the motel, great breakfast made to order, convenient to shops and restaurants in walking distance, cool weather,

was a small apartment with a nice mini-kitchen,nice separate bedroom with comfy bed; nice

only thing that was slightly disappointing was we were too off-season for spa services/massages

kitchenette was nice, albeit very small

needed better can opener and spatula some large bowls. kitchen needs more stuff

the pool and hot tub was a little plain jane, but it was totally fine. we enjoyed everything.

they have begun to serve breakfast on saturday and sunday, which was prepared in their beautiful kitchen and enjoyed in either of two dining areas or the small courtyard

i still think that more effort could be made in providing some type of b fast accommodations, kitchen was not cleaned up…

indoor swimming pool and hot tub was a huge benefit for us as we stayed during spring break

there is a resort fee on top of the room fee ro cover the wifi, pool, sauna, cold plunge, and gym
