the person at the desk to let me in the pool area was kind of annoying because there was only 1 person working

loved loved the beds, shower, room size, staff, breakfast, and pool

pool area was clean and spacious - had to book pool times to limit number of people in the area at

during covid times, we got the pool reserved for ourselves

pool was a bonus travelling with a grandson

the pool area could be open a little later like an hour or so.

i also enjoyed the pool that provided towels, and we didn't have to bring one with us

only issue was pool table didn't have cues

fact that they rent the pool to outside peoplethat are not staying,then there is no room for paying guests to go,i feel the

room was large and very clean, loved using the pool and the sauna facility

is a picture of kitchen facilities/a stove included on booking

well equipped what the wifi, fridge, and microwave

power went out resulting in loss of wifi and door not functioning

outside entrance to the parking lot was great for having two small dogs with me

thought i had booked the room with a small kitchen in it

staff was kind, breakfast was great, and the pool was so great for the kids

first day the pool was filled very high making the depth too high for my grandchildren to be comfortable also

the rooms were amazing and the only thing better would be appointments to the pool but that is covids fault (same with breakkie)
