only one thing - tea at breakfast not from a pot so was a bit stewed

so close to beach, golf course 18th hole and the main street on market street

complimentary coffee from the coffee bar across the road was a lovely addition

everything was easy to find, very clean and there was some toys plus games for the kids

arranged to play real tennis (lovely bunch of people) good value - we didn't have time to use the pool etc but it was included in the price

all the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was great and the swimming pool and gym facilities were an added bonus

small surcharge for the pool for residents is a bit of an oversight from the hotel management

leisure facilities were limited due to covid-19 understandably so only used the pool

pool was cold again and the pool area does need cleaned a bit more

we have stayed before, always have the king suite, pool etc added bonus, pool can get full at certain times with family s so need to pick your time
