all in we had a fantastic trip and the pool and sauna with outdoor jacuzzi was amazing

the comfy beds, lots of seating, caravan-size fridge-freezer, well-equipped kitchen, 5 minute walk and you're on the beach, view of the field and trees and horses (caravan is (+)responsive host, well equipped kitchen

there's a shop on site which is handy and the kids enjoyed the arcade

the wifi at this property does not work

wifi wasn't great, the dvds didn't work and netflix didn't work.

the kids games and scooters were a nice touch too

leisure centre and pool also very close

central location close to pool and shops, will definitely be returning

yet, every single time we used the lovely outdoor private spa pool, the guests next door decided to also use theirs, and they chain smoked continuously with the

very small bar. no pool. no coffee shop/lunch.

possibly a small gym or pool would be nice, but i'm not sure it's logistically possible

swimming pool is open very early, it was clean. bed is clean and comfortable.

staff were fantastic and caring the breakfast was excellent (had the porridge with heather honey) bedroom/bathroom was clean + bed was

to hang clothes in the room and the tv channels were not set up, but the young lady behind the bar solved the issue

my husband was looking forward to the sauna and we were disappointed to find out that the pool/spa area was closed during our visit due to maintenance

on site spa is very nice; a few steam/sauna/pool options are included in the stay

no slippers were given, water jets in pool were broken, lots of wear and tear on items throughout

there was no welcome information in the room for example we didn't know what time the pool facilities were open and closed

they have one of the very best hotel gyms with a beautiful swimming pool
