staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with a great view and wonderful amenities

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

complimentary breakfast was wonderful; staff more than helpful and pleasant

pool opens early but i don't understand why the slide can't also open early or at least by 9 am

i only put 3 stars for facilities because the pool and sauna were closed while we stayed due to renovations

you also have access to the spa - saunas, hot tubs and the pool

them, they are cute and possibly romantic, but we didn't find them appealing and used the public pool

only issue was when we got there at like 7 in the evening we got in one of the pools and it was pretty dirty with hair

our room was more in the back which was awesome cause we could see if the pools were full

love the private hot tubs at the hotel, saves from having to go to the public hot springs pool and fight the crowd
