machine in laundryroom can't accept a bank card at the front desk for quarters no jacuzzi by the pool

nothing. pool was not operational, but we wouldn’t used anyways!
the pool was not very warm, so didn't swim

it is not their fault, but they had maintenance done on their pool, so it was closed.

was out of order and this is a big reason we stay at this hotel with kids
wifes daughter and grand kids who lived about 45 minutes away from ottawa
