the pool/spa was a great addition to our stay-clean and private and plenty of towels

front staff was absent on several occasions when support was needed some basic utensils in the kitchenette would be really

there was room service for cleaning and replace if new towels and other, did know that this facility don't

parking lot could have been bigger.

staff upgraded us from a ground floor parking lot view because our booking through booking dot com was not what they said they had

of free things to do in the little community center like bikes and ellipticals and kites and a pool table there's a free barbecue area in a free fire pit you can walk to the ocean right there

amazing to us was literally a full kitchen in such a small space

i like that the kitchen was a full kitchen

we have only stayed in the cabins but there is also a motel and rv park which i am interested in trying some

near beach with kitchen

wifi needs a boost.

wifi had no strength if i had needed to, i wouldn't have able to work.

find the wifi code and the staff was not available even though we called several times

my wifi did not work at all

they need to upgrade or get better wifi.

the swimming pool was closed.

was comfortable, the pool, hot tub, and gym were closed due to the covid 19, but everything else was great

really liked this hotel's pool, hot tub, and continental breakfast

was no breakfast there was no pool the check-in took half an hour for me to get a hold of somebody and i tried to check out and

we wanted to take the kids to the ocean for the 4th of july and we were so excited that ocean inn and suites still showed

they allowed us to even stay a little past check out to finish our laundry

i didn’t get my key cause the system was down the heater didn’t work so me and my kids were cold

kids and teenagers in the hotel room next to us were having fight and the police were called, kept

little playground right next to our unit's backdoor (unit 2) and that was great for the grand kids
