beautiful new and clean hotel ,one of the only hotels with a pool and hot tub
it’s always clean and great rooms! super friendly staff and has a wicked good gym/pool!

there wasn't pool and the eggs tasted like plastic
they don’t have pool in the hotel.
our only regret was that there was no pool for the children, but that is minor, given the hotel's close proximity to all of nanaimo's
as the items offered are simple to clean up possibly offer until 10:30am for late risers no pool or hot
a little more then it's worth. they need a pool.

the pool was definitely a plus
pool pet friendly
property was on the highway so easy access to the highway and other amenities like hot pool
you had to get towels from the front desk for the pool

and it was understandable that the pool was closed due to covid-19
pool was unfortunately closed due to covid.
my grandson missed a pool as the weather was not the best and the water was too cold to swim.
the only negative was that when i booked i thought there was a pool - and so that was a disappointment
not ideal as i like to use a pool in the morning

hotel clean friendly staff excellent breakfast pool was great and so was hydroslide
pool and slide; location; cleanliness; breakfast included
very clean and modern. loved the pool and the waterside.
there were no towels at the pool because it was so busy. otherwise no complaints.
the pool was very busy, but the hot tub was warm and water slide was fun
