pool was really cold did not enjoy that the pool area very small and always full with kids doing

was a lovely hotel, breakfast was very good, everything u could ask for, the pool was lovely perfect

very kid friendly, we really enjoyed the food and the pool

had to walk outside in the cold to get to the pool and spa.

dinner was gorgeous in the restaurant, and the massage and hydro pool were lovely

my partner and i were really tired after a busy weekend when we arrived so we made use of the pool and jacuzzi

no gym or pool

was no leisure pool which could have been nice but still a great hotel and would stay

be nice if it had a pool and maybe a second bar as the bar / restaurant are all in one place

access to a pool or spa would enhance the property but it is outstanding in its own

only thing missing was a spa/ pool and it would be the perfect location for

during the day in the leisure centre as my youngest was going back and forward from the kids pool to the big pool and they were in the kids' pool there was to much going on in the kids pool my

lots of parking, quick check in and check out, spacious room, nice pool for the kids.

breakfast in the orangery was like 'afternoon tea' experience and quite special

setting with a waterfall backdrop to enjoy while having a top class dinner and with two beautiful bar areas to enjoy an after dinner drink

swimming pool was wonderful and great for children

are comfortable and modern and the facilities for children like the kids club and swimming pool also the coffee shop on site is a great plus

i was there with my 2 kids and they really enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant

the pool, as nice as it is, it was full of swimming lessons, leaving very little room for us.

the facilities fantastic were very sporty people so the pool and gym was great

very good for a modern hotel the only issue we found was that there is no food / room service after 9pm which for a modern hotel is rather frustrating

the spa was not crowded and very clean and a beautiful place to relax
