the indoor pool was not heated it was absolutely freezing so that was a bummer

no laundry room for customers to wash and dry their laundry,and the pool isn't opened
we requested to be close to the pool and they got us two doors down from it
the pool is always unavailable when we come. we stay here 2x a year and pool never works.
