front desk staff took the time to coordinate with the cleaners to ensure we could have early check in since we were in the city for a volleyball tournament and would be at the military
she went the extra mile of switching my kids and i to a room with a little nicer of a view without me even asking
laundry and free hot breakfast
it's not the owners fault, but there was a bunch of kids running around the hallways and we didnt have a buffer with the noise from them

in hot tub staff not friendly beds & pillows very uncomfortable had a kitchenette- no supplies or dishes - had to ask for dishes - only sent enough dishes for 2 people
