we checked in, kaitlyn, the receptionist not only focused on me, but also interacted with my kids as well

i had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls

liked that i had to travel with my kids and we all felt safe

we took advantage of the heated indoor pool and hot tub
