loved the location and large hot tub/pool on floor #2 which was really nice for evenings

shouldn’t advertise a pool it’s a large hot tub

the spa/pool was nice to have so you could relax after a day of activities

didn't like the play on the word pool, there is not a pool

location was perfect. the hotel was extremely clean. loved the indoor pool.

but when the maid who didn't seem very happy brought up pool towels which we all know are not the same softness or quality as bath towels

noise from the pool area was pretty loud, next time we will request a lakeside room and 4th floor due to kids
