swimming pool not open

we were disappointed the thermal pool wasnt open while we were there

lack of information on pool facilities. half pension meal options limited.

spa facilities were nice, but charged at €18 for 2 hours to just use the pool

have to pay extra to use the pool, but i suppose this is normal for a spa hotel.
