absolutely love the building and decor and the pool is so welcome

pool is gorgeous and the kid hours work well because although it would be nice to be there longer

you can lie near the pool and be served drinks and light lunches

kids enjoyed the snooker table in the hotel and swimming pool, in which you book a private swimming slot which is a great idea

layout is a little confusing initially, the pool and spa area feels more functional than luxurious, but overall there is not much to not

the hotel is so pretty with a gorgeous bar and seating area

elevator is sketchy there s no room service there s little to no soundproofing so neighbours slamming their door woke me up

wifi very poor, kept cutting out so had to rely on my 4g phone data

lift needs updating, our room could use some tidying up, tatty in places wifi was hit and miss although i was informed it is being updated this week

was not included and have been charged 20 per day which is rather expensive also the swimming pool and spa facilities were very good but lacking in clear signage in the
