the room was at the back overlooking the bins and must have been close to the kitchen or laundry as we had to listen to a noise all night, perhaps a tumble drier or generator

we paid a small surcharge for late check out on request which suited us perfectly

got an early check in

the breakfast lass was a joy, and the receptionist arranged to do our laundry with a smile

we got room service and it was superbly presented

the staff were terrific and friendly, the chex roux restaurant and cocktail bar made the trip!

the bar food was lovely and the bartender was lovely and friendly and helpful
