breakfast was excellent ( well cooked and very tasty) everything was to an excellent standard

house in a brilliant location with outstanding facilities - from hot tub to excellent honesty bar and a great breakfast

room was very clean and spacious and ideal for our family with a separate side room for the kids

hadn’t read the particulars well enough and assumed there would be a bar and dinner option

staff were always extremely helpful and friendly and even let us have a drink after the bar had closed as we arrived rather late

most staff were very friendly, but not quite all. wifi intermittent.

we didn't have treatments booked we did not have a robe or slippers to have by the pool which would have been nice

pool and spa was fully booked, so didn't manage to get a swim, we did try booking the week before,
