there is no swimming pool

no pool, sauna or full sized gym

we thought we would go swimming instead but learn that there was no swimming pool either

i thought i saw pictures of a swimming pool but there isnt one and it would have been nice if there was a hot tub in the private spa but i

liked everything but did wish there was a swimmming pool.

the reception staff were welcoming as always. the pool and gym staff seemed not as friendly.

we had a lovely lady on reception ring down to the pool and asked if we could have swim and they said yes so luckily we could have one more swim and

the pool and jacuzzi and sauna and steam room are all great and one of the main reasons we return time

my stay at rafayel i would not want them to change anything, i hope they can bring a swimming pool and give offers on

only thing i didn't like is that there is no free parking facilities and that the pool in the spa was out of order

my fave spot was the pool, really nice view on london.

i had room service when i arrived and food and staff were brilliant

fact there s was swimming lesson in the pool for the time i go there 3 till 7 plus the parent kids seating and walking around the spa

stay - although there were a few amenities not available

had a bit of a situation with one of our daughter's teddy bears being sent to the laundry with the bedsheets

the spa was so gorgeous

highly recommend this five star hotel , very clean , high standards and amazing swimming pool my stays at this hotel were always
