there is no swimming pool

no pool, sauna or full sized gym

we thought we would go swimming instead but learn that there was no swimming pool either

i thought i saw pictures of a swimming pool but there isnt one and it would have been nice if there was a hot tub in the private spa but i

liked everything but did wish there was a swimmming pool.

the reception staff were welcoming as always. the pool and gym staff seemed not as friendly.

we had a lovely lady on reception ring down to the pool and asked if we could have swim and they said yes so luckily we could have one more swim and

the pool and jacuzzi and sauna and steam room are all great and one of the main reasons we return time

my stay at rafayel i would not want them to change anything, i hope they can bring a swimming pool and give offers on

only thing i didn't like is that there is no free parking facilities and that the pool in the spa was out of order

that the swimming pool had restriction hours for kids and they were not allowed to make noise

tv doesn t work well on some channels and wifi kept dropping out

the gym could have been alot bigger with more facilities

stay - although there were a few amenities not available

room service was quick, tasty and still hot, which stands out a lot
