clean pool

pool hours need to be extended.

no jacuzzi and the pool was closed

we had some confusion with the time change and the staff let my kids and i stay out in the pool a half hour past closing time

pool was not open first day we arrived!

elevator was broken so all guests had to take the stairs, also the outdoor pool was not heated it was freezing cold

the staff was welcoming, the room was very spacious, beds were soft and cozy, the pool and spa were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful

pool wasn't clean and the hot tub wasnt hot

tub was dingy. elevator felt like it was going to break. pool was gross.

the ritz, but the price is low, the place is clean, the staff are nice, and my 5yo son loved the pool

beautiful indoor heated pool and atrium

loved how every room had a back door leading to a beautiful atrium with a heated pool i was very impressed

the pool looked dirty, but it was early in the morning and could have been from chemicals.

it was clean w great bed, pillows and a swimming pool. we will book on the way back.

you guys need to provide some shade around the pool.
