nothing. the pool was being serviced but we knew that when we booked

outdoor pool area is spacious and you can order drinks poolside

sauna and steam wasn’t functioning so i would recommend the spa area to improve, the heated pool wasn’t as warm when i got there at 10pm so it wasn’t enjoyed

was winter so the pools outside were very cold and the indoor pool is very deep, so not so great for children

coffee and dinner requests - the sauna was working but not the turkish bath - you can access the pool area from your room balcony in some cases

loved staying at this hotel and i will come back, but the pool towers were not there many times during the day, i had to find someone from de staff and ask
