kids loved the pool

pool was closed - it's an indoor pool, and there is not clear reason why it should be closed

indoor pool is a huge plus, especially if you have kids with you

heartbroken that the pool was closed, as i had specifically booked for this feature, but it can't be helped

number two i booked a pool view room thinking they had a pool and they do not have a pool what’s so ever
