landscape surrounding the hotel, with easy access to city center, beautiful rooms with private pool area, variety of food choices given the hotel restaurants, easy access to indoor pool and spa

inside heated pool was awesome - didn't use the outside pool as it was cold

the large pool, hottub, sauna, steam bath were clean and uncrowded

gardens, offers many options to have a great time in couple or family, including a temperated pool, golf and mini-golf courses, tennis and soccer fields, among others

the breakfast was delicious as were lunch and dinner. the staff is so accommodating

the room had everything we needed and the bar area in the louge/patio area was great

coffee maker in the bar area isn't super hot... maybe a change of machine is the only need here.

com had not added the kids ages and she was super helpful is adding them

room service from the restaurant in a building next over on the property and it arrived quickly,

shared facilities including a fridge and honesty bar was a welcome extra

it s a bit out of town, so you need a car. no pool, but a lovely jacuzzi.

location. pool. the restaurant is upcoming. they are working to get the food to a next level.

thing missing is a swimming pool, but there is enough to do in the srea, town is fun too
