i however had planned to swim but the pool was shut for cleaning

the thermal pool was amazing so relaxing!! the staff were always so so lovely and polite!!

pool was a whirl pool and not a swimming pool

would have been nice to have a swimming pool for guests not on a spa day.

staff really friendly and helpful, very apologetic regarding shower issues, lovely dining and bar area

food was a good price and decent, the bar dining area was lovely to sit at and the staff were attentive and could not be more helpful

nothing. i wish the spa was up and running

room ready for us arriving but the hotel upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drink at the bar while we wait for the problem to be resolved

breakfast warm welcoming friendly staff reception area, bar and restaurant beautifully

there s a kids play park right across the road which was perfect for our toddler

i arrived there had been a mix up and my early check in had not been noted

about the place was spot on, clean tidy , modern and the staff and bar staff were

enjoyed the pool as did all family members

hotel with nice wee swimming pool sauna and steam room to relax

hotel was lovely. friendly staff, facilities were good with swimming pool. gym and sauna.

rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the swimming pool with jacuzzi was a lovely treat
