totally modern, clean and every amenity you could ask for, even a pool table and 24 hr coffee, good hot breakfast and big tv in room

our kids loved the game room, especially the pool table

was nice pool should have been open outside the pool area needs to be cleaned were the leaves have blown

like to have had an indoor pool, but that is minor compared to how friendly the staff were

the location is great and the owner is very friendly, they have a nice pool.
